4th June 2021

Welcome to this month’s newsletter, a very special month for me! I’m celebrating my big 50! Can’t quite believe it……. I’ve been in the fitness industry since I was 20!! Time certainly flies when you’re having fun! I’m being whisked away for a couple of days in week 1 so classes on Wednesday 16th   and Thursday 17th June will be recordings. However, please remember to leave your comments and questions as you would normally.

Lots happening this month so please take time to read through. Signing up for the next 4 weeks of online classes is detailed at the end of this newsletter. I will email you direct if you’re booked on to the launch of the all new face to face Pilates classes in the village hall.

New Timetable for Online and Village Hall Classes

Mental Health Awareness Week

I decided to mark this important campaign by delivering a Live Mobility & Tranquillity session. If you missed it head over to my YouTube channel by clicking the link below.

20 minutes of tranquillity time out of your day. An opportunity to move, stretch and to clear & refresh your mind. Many of you commented on how you enjoyed it and really feel you need more of this type of session in your lives. We should never feel guilty about looking after ourselves!

Menopause Matters Workshop

This workshop was an opportunity to chat, discuss experiences, share tips and ideas. I have now set up a group that will meet every couple of months. I have also set up a WhatsApp group for those times in between when you have something to share or having a bad day!  It was so good to chat, have frank conversations, very refreshing! Everyone definitely got something from it.

If you missed it but think that this is something you could benefit from or would like to join the WhatsApp group please do get in touch.

Sharing is caring!
