Pilates classes are all set for the new year, starting W/C 5th January.
Why not join me and start 2026 as you mean to go on!
All the classes are small, friendly and suitable for beginners.
All you need to start is an exercise mat, pad/cushion and loose comfortable clothing.
The village hall classes run on a rolling four week block. If you’re unable to get to class you’ll be emailed one that you can do at home so you never have to miss your Pilates practice.

Hello and welcome to this month’s newsletter, the last of 2025! Next year, instead of a newsletter I will be sharing notices, events and monthly registration information through the WhatsApp groups. Email has been quite hit and miss over the past twelve months so I think this method will be more efficient.
I do hope you’re enjoying December and looking forward to the festivities ahead.
Well, we’re nearly at the end of another year, it’s flown by! It’s been a great year of classes, the continued; commitment, hard work, banter and laughs that we have had has been amazing. Thank you so much to each and every one of you for making the classes so much fun. I’m looking forward to 2026!
COFFEE AND MINCE PIES
I will be hosting another coffee & mince pies catch up on Tuesday 16th December. It will be after the Pilates class, 10:45am. I hope you are able to come along as it would be so good to see you all.
Hello and welcome to this month’s newsletter. I hope you’re having a great November so far. Have you visited St.Peter’s church at Dyrham Park to see the poppy display, made by local residents? It really does look lovely, bringing colour and brightness into the church.
We are rapidly approaching Christmas, I can’t quite believe it! I will be emailing classes for the two week Christmas break as I’m sure you’ll welcome them after all the festivities. 😊 Don’t forget you’ll have the two classes to choose from; Pilates and Mind Body Flow, perfect to get that body moving or maybe just have a little quiet time!
January is a perfect time for the ‘reset button’ so if there is a part of your body you’re having issues with or would just like to improve do let me know so I can plan that into the 2026 lesson plans.

Hello and welcome to this month’s newsletter. It’s been a busy month for Core Fitness preparing for the Menopause Café, lesson planning and thinking about future training.
However, I’ve taken some time to get outside and enjoy this beautiful Autumn we’re having. Have you? The nights are drawing in so out come the fluffy socks, snuggly blankets and the hot chocolate! So it’s not all bad! 😊
MENOPAUSE CAFÉ
Oh my goodness, what a morning we had! We moved our bodies, challenged the grey matter, relaxed, ate cake and had a fantastic session with Maria talking ALL things menopause. A massive thank you to everyone that came along and shared their stories, you really did make it a super event!
One of the conversations we had was regarding fibre in our diet to keep our digestive system tip top! I found this chart which gives you an idea of the two types; Insoluble Fibre and soluble; which is a little kinder to your system.
Hope this helps.

|Thank you so much to everyone that came along to today’s Menopause Cafe, we had so much fun!
We experienced weight bearing Pilates based exercise, we then relaxed our muscles, breathed & relaxed leading us into a mindfulness session transporting us to a wonderful waterfall. Feeling relaxed yet refreshed we stopped for coffee and cake followed by a talk and Q&A with a member of the Bristol Menopause Clinic. We chatted, we laughed and shared our journey stories. A truly memorable morning , thank you girls
The conversation is continuing and there is so much more information and resources available to peri & post menopausal women.
So if you’re struggling with your symptoms then make this month the time to contact your GP and have YOUR conversation.
You can also join me at my Menopause Cafe on Saturday 11th October 9am – 12pm. Come along to experience exercise and movement to help improve your strength, flexibility, mobility and balance. We will be also doing some relaxation and mindfulness practice which can help anxiety, tiredness and insomnia. After refreshments there will be a talk and Q&A by a member of the Bristol Menopause Clinic.
To sign up just comment ‘CAFE’ and I’ll DM full details along with the booking link.
