CHRISTMAS 2021 NEWSLETTER
Well here we are gang, Christmas time already! I hope all your plans and preparations are going well.
The newsletter is a little early this month as Christmas week is our week 1 so I’m trying to get us all organised before then so we’re all set to start back to Village hall classes and Online for 2022.
All the payment details are at the end of the newsletter as usual.
NOTE – Village hall classes will be another 3 week block instead of 4. Facebook Live classes will be scheduled recordings for week 1.

VILLAGE HALL CLASSES
If you attend a village hall classes please don’t forget to add a tennis ball or spikey ball to your Christmas list. When we return in January 2022 we will be doing some footwork.
Our feet quite often get forgotten when it comes to exercising so we’re going to address this in class!
ON DEMAND CLASSES
If you’re somebody who likes to exercise at home at times that suit you On Demand is what you’re looking for. You’ll have access to over 100 recorded classes!
On demand classes. Pilates, Body Conditioning, Legs Bums & Tums and Mind Body Calm.
Subscribe to 1 week or 1 month. One class genre or all four! Pick from a library of classes and new classes being added regularly so you’ll never run out! So depending on your mood, your favourite themed class or time available you’ll have classes at your fingertips.
£6.50 per week / £20.00 per month for one class genre
£13.00 per week / £40.00 per month for all four class genre
You’ll access your paid subscription through a member’s area on my Website. You’ll login to your account and off you go. Then subscribing weekly/monthly direct through the website keeping you fully in control.
