This masterclass was delivered via zoom with opportunity for Q & A afterwards. We experienced gentle, flowing movement designed to relax, activate and gently strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. The feedback was so positive with participants confirming that they felt their pelvic floor muscles working.

It’s not too late to do this masterclass as it can be purchased as a recording for you to keep and refer to as often as you’d like. Just click the link below to make a direct purchase, then an email will then be sent to you with the copy of the class.

The Village Hall Pilates classes have been going very well with everyone enjoying the classes. It’s such a pleasure to teach.

After Boris’ update regarding lifting restrictions I took the decision not to change how the classes are run. With numbers still increasing we will still be wearing masks on entering and leaving the hall, with sanitising, social distancing and the regular cleaning taking place. I want all the class members to feel safe and relaxed whilst at class.

If you’d like to join any of the classes please get in touch as there a couple of spaces still available.

Sharing is caring!
