Welcome to Spring 2023. This is my favourite time of year, it always feels like a fresh start. The evenings are lighter, our gardens and the landscape is budding and blooming and it’s time to make plans for the rest of the year. How does Spring time make you feel?
COFFEE MORNING
A huge thank you to everyone that came to the coffee morning. The coffee was flowing, the cake munched and conversation buzzing! It was so great to see you all together and have some proper social time. I do hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did. Keep a look out as I’d like to plan another event/get together during the summer months.
April is a very exciting month in the Webb family. Our son is getting married, we are all beyond excited! So you’ll have to forgive me if this spills into the classes. Do check the dates when booking your classes as couple will be Pilates at home.
I have received some amazing feedback this month regarding your classes. Please keep it coming. It’s invaluable!
I don’t get to see you all face to face so hearing from you is always wonderful. Don’t forget if there’s a particular area you’d like to work on then please let me know, it always helps when lesson planning.
Squeezy : NHS Pelvic Floor App
I’ve been telling my menopause group about this App. It’s so good! The App prompts you three times a day and guides you through some simple pelvic floor exercises. It only takes a couple of minutes! We should all do regular pelvic floor exercises throughout our lives not just when we’re heading towards menopause. You gents too! Just go to the App store and search, it only costs a couple of pounds and is worth every penny!
CAN’T GET TO CLASS?
A few people now have asked me to email a Pilates class to them when they are unable to come to class which is fantastic and it got me thinking as regular and consistent Pilates practice is the key! So, if you know you’re unable to come along just drop me an email/text/message and I’ll send you a link to a Pilates class. Keep up the great work everyone, you’re all STARS!
