WORLD BOOK DAY 2023

WORLD BOOK DAY 2023 – Thursday 2nd March
Which book are you reading or are you just about to start your next one?
I’m three quarters of the way through this little beauty. I’ve been a huge fan of Bob Mortimer for many, many years now and when I heard this book was coming out I just had to have a copy.
It’s a very funny, intriguing, light read that I so look forward to picking up every evening. Great characters that you can relate to and in my head I know what each one of them looks like and where they do their shopping! 😆 I can’t wait to see how the story ends.
What are you reading at the moment? Would you like to share and maybe leave a short review? I’d love to hear them!
SPRING IS IN THE AIR

Feeling lethargic & tired all the time?
Just can’t shake it off?
Need a spring in your step?
Why not join me at one of my online or community classes?
It is proven that regular exercise can boost your mood and energy levels.
Exercise can be in the form of so many different activities.
If working all day, are you getting up from your desk regularly or maybe going for a short walk at lunchtime.
If at home, are you keeping track of your steps? Start at a reasonable level, achieve them and then gradually increase.
The more you do, the more it motivates you to do a little more.
If just starting out on your fitness journey the Mind Body Flow class would be the perfect place to start then lead into Pilates and then into Legs, Bums & Tums and Body Conditioning.
If looking for a community class join me at one of my Pilates classes. They are mixed ability and fitness levels, all are welcome.
If unsure, head over to my Website https://www.coreandmore.co.uk/ and pick up your FREE taster classes.
What are you waiting for, make today the day and shake off that tired feeling!
I look forward to hearing from you x
