King’s Coronation
Hello everyone and welcome to this month’s newsletter. May is such a lovely time of year, Spring is in full bloom and we can feel the warmth of the sun and the summer to come.
What are you all up to for the King’s coronation? Maybe family and friends over to watch and celebrate together, an afternoon tea or maybe a street party? I’d love to hear your plans. We’re having a neighbours and residents get together and meal at our local pub which will be lovely, a perfect opportunity to catch up with everyone and welcome our new King!
A SPRING SPRUCE!
I have spent this last month looking at my Online and Community Classes as I continue to work hard to deliver the classes that you want, when you want, in order to keep you fit and healthy.
All village hall classes will continue exactly as they are.
The online classes will have a new look! The Monday 9:00am Pilates class and the Wednesday 9:00am Body Con class will continue exactly as they are via Facebook Live. £20.00 for one Live class per week for 4 weeks or £35.00 for both.
There will no longer be Live Legs, Bums & Tums or Mind Body Flow classes. Previously recorded classes be available through the On Demand Studio. There you will be able to access over 40 classes of each genre, 24/7!

A few people now have asked me to email a Pilates class to them when they are unable to come to class which is fantastic and it got me thinking as regular and consistent Pilates practice is the key! So, if you know you’re unable to come along just drop me an email/text/message and I’ll send you a link to a Pilates class. Keep up the great work everyone, you’re all STARS!
