Hello everyone and welcome to this month’s newsletter.
I always like to step out of my comfort zone from time to time and for Remembrance I have done just that. As many of you know I am not a naturally crafty/creative person so when I was asked to knit poppies I had to think about it! However, I took on the challenge and knitted over 30! A few of us in the community have created a display in St. Peters church at Dyrham Park. It’s not part of the National Trust so is free to go in. If you get opportunity please do visit, it’s created a thought provoking feel to the church along with the addition of the Perspex fallen soldiers. Let me know what you think and how it made you feel. The display will be up until the end of November.
MENOPAUSE CAFÉ

I had so much fun delivering my second Menopause Cafe and I did it again, forgot to take any photos!
I was so in the moment it didn’t even cross my mind.
Thank you to everyone who attended the event and your wonderful feedback. You truly are a wonderful group of ladies who worked incredibly hard.
We enjoyed a Pilates based morning focusing on Pelvic health, resistance training and some well deserved relaxation and mindfulness practice. Oh, not forgetting Coffee & cake! I made an HRT cake packed with Phytoestrogens, all the goodness of plant based oestrogen. Cake that’s actually good for you!
- Keep your eye on the Core Fitness page for details of the next event.

CHRISTMAS BREAK

Yes, it’s nearly here so I think I’m ok talking about it!
There will be no Live online classes or Village hall classes w/c 23.12.24 and w/c 30.12.24. However, there will be recorded classes available for the online members and emailed classes to do at home for all the village hall members. All will be available from 6:00am on the Monday morning until 8:00pm the following Sunday.
If you have any questions please do get in touch.
COFFEE AND MINCE PIES

I’d like to invite you all to Dyrham & Hinton Village Hall on Tuesday 19th December after Pilates class finishes at 10:30am for a hot drink and a mince pie. It would be lovely to have a little social before we break for the Christmas holidays. Please can you let me know if you’d like to come along so I can make sure I have enough for everyone. There will be an alternative for those that don’t like mince pies.
