Newsletter 12th January 2024

Welcome to this month’s newsletter. I hope you’re all having a great month so far. Many people say to me that January seems such a long month however I don’t feel that way. It’s a calm month after the Christmas celebrations and mayhem. Time to reflect and plan for the year ahead. The bulbs in the garden and pots begin to poke their heads just above the soil and we see the very early signs of spring. Just lovely!

To my Horton group. I’ve been told that we are unable to use the hall on Thursday 8th February, week 3. However, I will email you classes that week so can do them at home. I will remind you nearer the time.

Village hall classes will be using circles and/or mini ball during this block. If you don’t have a circle you can use your mini ball instead. Some of you have asked about buying a circle so here are a few links to look at, there are many more!

Gut Microbiome testing : What can it reveal about your health – 21.09.23

As you know I dip in and out of this podcast and have recently listened to one all about microbiomes and the tests associated with them. Microbiomes live in our gut and can affect so much of system including food intolerances, our auto immune system and our general wellbeing. It’s really worth a listen, very interesting and definitely ‘food for thought’! I’d love to hear your thoughts on this.
